Lightbulb The Manipulator

Here's my class the Manipulator...just read...give achance... Sort of like a mm and a mesmer and a rit combined but uses live foes...
A manipulator's armour is very low armour. 50 is max on armour, however they give great energy boosts. +7energy Hands, Gloves, Head, +15energy Legs, +23energy Chest. I know it seems like a bit much, but it is needed. The weapon is a puppeteering stick(one handed) with a puppet focus(off hand)
Max damage is 10-15. They have +5 energy regen.

This also introduces the new form of skill, manipulators. They basically render the foes useless until the manipulator is over. It's basically like a hex and you get all the effects of being dead, until your manipulator is over.

Manipulator
Manipulators use foes and enemies and binds them to his will to attack and turn agianst their allies.(i know the description is bad....but I couldn't think of anything)


Attributes
Manipulating Power(Main skill)
With 0 manipulation, you can only have 1 person under a manipulator. For every 4 ranks of manipulation, 1 more foe can be under a manipulator. Many skills, especially those that increase manipulator effectiveness, become more effective with each rank of manipulating power.

Healing Manipulation
No inherent effect. Many skills, especially manipulators that target foes to heal others, become more effective with each rank of Healing Manipulation.

Offensive Manipulation
No inherent effect. Many skills, especially manipulators that target foes to attack other foes, become more effective with each rank of Offensive Manipulation.

Illusionry Manipulation
With 0 Illusionry Manipulation you can only have 1 person under an Illusionry Manipulator. With every 5 ranks of Illusionry Manipulation you can put 1 more person under an Illusionry Manipulator.


Skills(just examples)

Manipulating Power

Manipulator's Weapon
Weapon Spell. 10 Energy, 3/4 Casting Time, 10 Recharge time
For 5...15 seconds, target ally's current puppet stick deals +8..11 damage

Grasp of Puppeteering
Elite Spell. 35 Energy, 3 Casting Time, 30 Recharge Time
For 35...69 seconds your Manipulators cost -5 energy and have half the recharge time(25...50%).

Dwayna's Puppeteer
Spell. 20 Energy, 2 Casting Time, 30 Seconds
For 20...40 seconds your manipulated foes move 30% faster and deal holy damage.

Healing Manipulation

Manipulator of Health
Manipulator. 45 Energy, 5 Casting Time, Recharge 25
For 15...30 seconds, target foe heals your allies. This skill only works if target has skills that target allies.

Offensive Manipulation

Backstabber!
Manipulator. 55 Energy, 5 Casting Time, Recharge 45
For 15...30 seconds, target foe will attack their own team.

Illusionry Manipulation

Dead!
Manipulator. 45 Energy, 5 Casting Time, Recharge 35
For 5...25 seconds target foe will take the semblance and abilities of being dead. When this manipulator ends, target foe is restored to full health and energy.


Okay I just need some advice on whether this is good or not....I know it may be kind of overpowered. Constructive criticism is APPRECIATED.

Yes it is.

As I understand it if I take Backstabber, at full attributes, I can set bosses against themselves for 2/3 of the time.

Then for the other 1/3 I cast Dead! on them

insanely over-powered. imagine in GvG, everyone takes this as secondary and just starts throwing manipluations around. The entire other team is shutdown for at least 20 seconds? more than enough time for a wipeout. Disabling an entire team for 20 seconds.... let that marinate for awhile.... wtf were you thinking?
